Dear St. Charles Jaycees

On behalf of the Board of Trustees of the St. Charles Park Foundation and the Board of Commissioners of the St. Charles Park District, I wish to thank you and members of the St. Charles Jaycees for the generous pledge of $15,000 to be used to assist in the development of the Service Clubs Playground to be constructed at Mt. St. Mary Park.

 

I enjoyed the opportunity of meeting with you and the general membership on the evening of May 10, 2006.  I was excited to share with you the details of the planned playground and I am pleased that the membership found the plans to their liking.  As we discussed, the Park District will provide development funds for the playground with repayment from the Jaycees over a 3-year period, beginning in November, 2006.

 

Attached you will find an electronic copy of the type of playground equipment to be purchased.  If you need other promotional material such as display boards, please let me know and I’ll be happy to provide.
